Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 July 2026 · Criticore — Critical Parts Intelligence

These Terms govern your access to and use of criticore.ai and the services provided by Criticore. By submitting a case or ordering a report, you accept these Terms.

1. The service

Criticore provides sourcing intelligence: identification of components from the customer's photos and information, a structured investigation of available channels (original/OEM, refurbished/exchange, used/surplus, repair, cross-reference, custom manufacturing) and documentation of the findings in a Critical Parts Sourcing Report. The report is paid research: the fee covers the investigation and the documentation, regardless of whether the investigation results in a purchasable lead. A documented conclusion that a component cannot be sourced is also a deliverable.

2. Scope & liability

Criticore does not certify compatibility, does not perform installation or assembly, does not provide technical approval and does not compensate for downtime or operational loss. Compatibility, safety, regulatory compliance and installation must be verified and carried out by the customer's own technician, installer or other qualified specialist before any component is ordered or put into service. Information on prices, stock and lead times originates from third-party channels and may change without notice. Any purchase from a referenced supplier is governed solely by that supplier's warranty and return terms.

3. Excluded categories

Criticore does not handle cases concerning: aircraft and aerospace components, medical devices, safety-critical vehicle parts (brakes, steering, airbags), gas-carrying components, pressure vessels, elevators and lifts, fire and life-safety systems, load-bearing structures, or components subject to certification requirements Criticore cannot honour. Such cases are declined or referred to certified professionals free of charge.

4. Prices and payment

The qualification is free. The Critical Parts Sourcing Report is a fixed fee (€1,350), and Urgent Global Sourcing carries a priority fee (€2,700) — both stated before ordering. Promotional or pilot pricing may apply where explicitly stated at the time of ordering. Brokered supply is quoted per case. Every order is confirmed by Criticore before any payment obligation arises. Business customers may pay by invoice with agreed payment terms. VAT is handled according to customer and company setup.

5. Withdrawal and goodwill

As the research commences immediately upon ordering, the right of withdrawal lapses upon delivery of the report, in accordance with applicable rules on digital services. Criticore may, at its discretion, refund fully or partially as a goodwill gesture in specific cases.
